How to send a parcel by courier

Fast call

  1. Now it's even faster to call a courier with the Nova Post app. To do so, specify the following information in the Courier tab:
    • pickup address
    • parcel type
    • up to 60 minutes or a time that's convenient for you
  2. Review the information and click the Order button

If additional services are required

  1. Create an express waybill (EW) in the mobile app
  2. If needed, enable the Packing service when creating an EW, and the courier will pack your parcel.

The Packing service at the address is available for shipments up to 30 kg.

You can also pack the parcel yourself according to the rules. You can purchase packing materials in advance in our online store.

Hand over the parcel to the courier and pay for the delivery online in the app or to the courier (in cash, by card, via Google Pay or Apple Pay).

Shipments over 30 kg can be picked up from the door of an apartment, house, or office

You can order this service in the mobile app in advance or from the courier upon arrival. The service cost is calculated by the greater of the volumetric and actual weight. "Tires and Rims" shipments are calculated according to the cost of the cargo.

If the total weight of the shipment exceeds 30 kg and “Door-to-Door” service has not been requested, the sender is responsible for loading the shipment into the courier's vehicle.

The maximum declared value of shipments weighing more than 30 kg is 5,000,000 UAH;

From the door delivery is available if:

  • One place of shipment weighs up to 100 kg
  • The distance from the parking lot of the Nova Post vehicle to the sender's building does not exceed 50 meters
  • There are no obstacles to moving the shipment (narrow aisles)
  • If the elevator is down or there is no power supply in the sender's house, pickup is possible:
    • for shipments weighing up to and including 30 kg per express waybill —only up to the 5th floor;
    • for shipments weighing more than 30 kg per express waybill—no higher than the 1st floor.

      Alternatively, reschedule the delivery for another day or make it from the nearest branch

From the door delivery is not available for the "Pallet" shipment type.

Packing

The packing service at the address is available for parcels up to 30 kg.

You can use the service by enabling the corresponding tab in the mobile app when creating a shipment. Once the courier arrives at your place, you cannot additionally order the Packing service.
